At MineLuma, we work to ensure you receive your orders as quickly and transparently as possible.

1) Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1 business day from payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2) Shipping Times

  • The standard shipping time is 9 business days from the processing date.

  • In total, the estimated delivery time is 10 business days from purchase (1 day processing + 9 days transit).

  • Timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond MineLuma’s control (customs, logistical delays, weather conditions, or other international shipping factors).

3) Shipping Areas

  • We ship worldwide 🌍.

  • If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us at minelumaa@gmail.com.

4) Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • In some countries, duties, tariffs, or import taxes may apply upon receipt. These are not included in the product or shipping price and are the customer’s responsibility.

5) Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package.

6) Delivery Issues

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframes, email us at minelumaa@gmail.com and include your order number.

  • If the carrier returns the package to MineLuma due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we can reship it after confirming the details; reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.

7) Liability

  • MineLuma is not responsible for delays caused by factors external to the logistics service (strikes, customs, weather, or other force majeure events).

  • However, we will always assist you in handling any incident with the carrier.
