At MineLuma, we work to ensure you receive your orders as quickly and transparently as possible.
1) Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 business day from payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2) Shipping Times

The standard shipping time is 9 business days from the processing date.

In total, the estimated delivery time is 10 business days from purchase (1 day processing + 9 days transit).

Timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond MineLuma’s control (customs, logistical delays, weather conditions, or other international shipping factors).

4) Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before you confirm your order.

In some countries, duties, tariffs, or import taxes may apply upon receipt. These are not included in the product or shipping price and are the customer’s responsibility.
5) Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package.
6) Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframes, email us at minelumaa@gmail.com and include your order number.

If the carrier returns the package to MineLuma due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we can reship it after confirming the details; reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
7) Liability

MineLuma is not responsible for delays caused by factors external to the logistics service (strikes, customs, weather, or other force majeure events).

However, we will always assist you in handling any incident with the carrier.
